This package is great for those wanting to get away and have some romantic time together as well as have the opportunity to be pampered during your stay. Waioeka Views is booked out for yourselves to indulge and relax in. You can choose to bring your own food. There is a barbeque on the front deck. Or there are food hampers available. These are filled with local foods, ready to eat when you want. Special diets can be catered for.
Therapeutic nourishments of your choice can be arranged. Bookings in advance are essential. You can soak in the therapy pool and relax whilst you ponder over the garden and river valley views.
Opotiki has many interesting places to see and local activities to do - so the weekend is spent totally on what you both would like to do. Don't forget you have the therapy pool that you can use at anytime and have a barbecue on the front deck.

THE TIME OUT
We aim to provide a safe and quiet space for people to come and have a rest in a nourishing environment. All food is provided for and offered as hampers so people can eat when they feel like it. Special diets can be catered for. People who come for Time Out care are responsible for themselves and their entertainment. It is an opportunity to have a rest, have healthy meals provided, enjoy the local area and activities and to access the therapies at Waioeka Views. Please refer to the nourishments to view what therapies are available. All Time Out guests are offered the one hour therapies at a discount of $60.
These Time Out services are ideal for those in need of a rest and would like to receive some nourishment for their mind, body and soul. For example, carers needing some care and time out for themselves, people experiencing; burnout, grief and loss, significant life transitions and adjustments, and those in recovery from surgeries and/or chemo and radiation treatments.
An application form is required to be completed and supported by a health professional to ensure we can provide the care guests need, and all medical needs are understood. Please note that guests need to be independent during their respite stay as we do not provide a 24/7 care service.
Time Out services cost $150 per night per adult (inclusive of food) for minimum of two nights stay.

THE GETAWAY
The weekend is yours at Waioeka Views Opotiki. Waioeka Views can sleep up to 4 people. There is one king size bed (which can be split into two singles), a double bed in the garden cabin, and a mobile single bed. Let us know what you need and we will let you know how we can cater for you. Our aim is to be flexible in support of meeting your needs so please contact us to discuss.
Merrick Cottage is very comfortable and homely. The kitchenette is self-contained so you can prepare your own food, pop down the road to the local shops and cafes, or order breakfast hampers which are catered by Waioeka Views and are full of local healthy produce. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
The therapy room is available for anyone wanting to nourish themselves while on holiday. Please refer to therapies to view what therapeutic treatments are available. Please book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
