To ensure your accommodation is secure in its booking we ask that a 50% deposit is payed.  This is non-refundable within 7 days of your booking.  The balance can be payed during your stay at Waioeka Views.

Arrival time is from 2 p.m and departure  time is usually 11 a.m.  However, please discuss this with us if you are wanting to arrive earlier or/and leave later as we may be able to be flexible, depending on existing bookings.

Payments can either be payed by Internet banking and/or cash.  We do NOT accept cheques.

Please note if any damage is caused to the property during your stay this may occur a cost if it has been caused by negligence.

Cleaning costs are covered in the price you pay.  However if extra cleaning is required due to neglect and lack of care for the property an additional cost will be occurred.  Please treat this home as if it is your own and so everyone can enjoy the space.
